Oyate Tipi Cumini Yape is seeking an experienced, inclusive, and strategic Executive Director to lead our well-established organization.

About the Role

The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors, and is responsivle for implementing and achieving the policies and goals set out by the Board. The Executive Director oversees all aspects of day-to-day operations of the organization, including general management and administration, human resources, program planning, community engagement, and financial management.

What You Need

As the ideal candidate, you have three or more years of senior management experience, including previous experience working with a Board of Directors, and knowledge of governance practices and policies. You have completed a relevant Bachelor's degree or higher (e.g. Economic Development, Community Development, Social Work) or have equivalent combination of education and experience.

Candidates are required to provide a current Criminal Record Check, a valid driver's license, access to a vehicle and a driver's abstract.
